1、加强对孩子有关吃苦耐劳精神的教育。最后这一段时间,由于学习任务的增加,孩子肯定会觉得比平时更辛苦。但是从人的一生来看这种辛苦,是孩子的一笔最好的精神财富。我们家长要经常对孩子进行这方面的教育。特别是在孩子有怨言的时候要及时进行心理疏导,为他们讲道理,使他们懂得,不努力、不吃苦就不会有大的收获。同时对他们通过努力、勤奋得到的进步要表扬、鼓励。使他们苦中有乐、苦中有希望。

2、加强对孩子们的身体健康方面关心。学习任务的加重,孩子的体力消耗变大,适时增加平时的用餐营养。白天变长,可以给孩子准备一点干粮,让他们在学校可以充饥。在睡觉、穿衣等一些细节上要更加重视,以防孩子生病。要知道,现在一感冒就会落下课。由于时间紧,节奏变快,一旦落下,就很难有时间补上。另外,在休息方面也要加以监督。不要让孩子的睡眠不足,到一定的时间提醒孩子休息,控制好电视的收看,电脑的使用时间。(这一点要突出讲一下,有时家长一直被蒙在鼓里)(相反:在用钱上要加以严格控制;区别零食与干粮,对孩子吃零食的现象要制止)

3、加强对孩子的课外时间管理。平时看到孩子晚回家,一定要问清原因,有必要打电话与老师联系。千万不能留下管理上的空白。因为现在压力变大,有的人会自我逃避,去网吧、商店,去放松一下,有时应该叫放纵一下。这样就很容易出问题。另外一旦发现该到家时没有回家要及时与老师联系。查明原因,进行相关的教育。在星期六或星期天的休息时间,也要对孩子的活动有一个全面的了解掌握。现在有一个不好的现象,就是一到星期天,学生的作业质量就特别的差。一个星期辛辛苦苦养成一点好的习惯,一下子全放汤了。可以看出星期天,孩子在家缺少管理,把学习放到了一边去了。

4、加强安全意识。因为学习到了紧张的关键时刻。有些学生因为不够自觉有时要留校补课,在此我辛苦我们的家长朋友来学校去接一下,以保障路上的安全。如果有特殊的原因,不希望教师留他补课的可以提前与老师联络。

5、用实际行动关心、帮助孩子的学习。

a平时多了解孩子的作业和测验情况,重要的是要把作业和测验打开亲自看一看,不能一问了之。
